With so many different bloggers, and so much creativity in this city, it was wonderful for us all to meet up to share ideas and network in person (with tea and cake!)  Hi guys, here are some shots I took with the wonderful Saibh on a trip to town recently. I love how this outfit is full of different textures and colours, its extremely snug too! Prefect for cold days when you don't want to be bundled up under a big ol' coat! I also think Gilets are amazing for looking fashionable while still staying snug as a bug in a rug! If you don't have one already you should really think about investing, you wont regret it!

Just a quick outfit post I wanted to show you guys before I head off to work, taken by the wonderful Saibh Egan. My old faithful leather jacket I picked up in Finland making another appearance, I swear I've gotten more mileage out of that beat-up piece of leather than anything else in my wardrobe, and I wont stop until it literally falls apart, and even then I'll probably try to get it fixed :) This picture is part of a series of my outfit posts, some of which you have seen already on WildChild Stories. Saibh and I have been working on this secret little project of ours for a while.... its finished now and I cant wait to show you... all will be revealed soon! ((oooh, the mystery!))

I worship the Church of Abbey Lee.  I just can't get enough of her style, its like a mix of boho, gothic and grunge, with a modern twist. All that velvet and sheer, she looks like some sort of uber stylish witch!

Sunday Independent Life Magazine!

Oh my God!!!!!

You know when things happen sometimes and you just have to pinch yourself to make sure that its really happening? Well I feel like I've been having alot of those lately. Why in God's name would the writers of the Sunday Independent's Life Magazine think that I'm somebody worth knowing about? I have no idea, but about a month ago I had a lovely interview with the charming Julia Molony, followed by an energetic photoshoot in the Independent House in Dublin with the talented Gerry Mooney. Here, my darling readers, is the result. I must say I was nervous about the outcome, but after reading it, I feel very humbled. Thanks Julia for doing such a good job, and for trying to make me look halfway decent. :) If anyone finds it hard to read, there's an online version here ((Notice how it's filed under "Celeb News" bahahahahhahahhaah!!!)) Oh, crazy times indeed!

PARKA FEVER

Maybe its down the horrendous weather we've been having here in Ireland lately, but I've found myself stricken with a dose of parka fever. Comfortable, versatile, and fashionable, a good parka should be a staple in every girls wardrobe I reckon! This lovely number I'm wearing was a gift from the lovely LaRedoute.com, a wonderful french clothing website. At an very affordable €59, it also has a detachable fur collar, and a detachable inner layer, so I can make it less heavy for summer-wearing. Now thats versatility! I've been living in it since it arrived, so I thought it was only right that I should share it with you guys. Here are some more fashionable ladies that appear to be equally stricken by the parka fever!
