Photos by Naomi Gaffey

I thought I would give you guys a closer look at my recent feature in Stellar magazine, and post the 3 outfits up one at a time, so I can show you guys where I picked up everything, and offer some cheaper alternatives!

The above outfit is one of my absolute favourites right now, it reminds me of a something a surfer-bum would wear. These warehouse shorts are the love of my life, I nabbed them last year in the sale, €60 reduced to €10!! They are so bright and beautiful, and perfect for hot days like today! As you may have seen in some of my facebook and instagram posts, I have delved into the backwards-cap trend. I personally love it, I think its the perfect mix of bad-ass and boyish charm, and you can pick up cute snapbacks just about anywhere these days!

Above is the page from the Stellar piece that features this photo, it has some more detail shots of the outfit that you can see, and if you look closely you might even be able to read the writing! I'll post up the second and third outfits as soon as I get the chance, but for now I'm going to head out and enjoy the sunshine with some friends! Hope you're all enjoying the amazing weather too!

Ps: Romwe have re-stocked all makeup pieces in their store,
and they're having a sale! Check it out here

I just wanted to show you all a little piece of press that I'm very excited about, I'm featured in this months issue of River Island's Style Insider magazine! Yippee!

I was so flattered to be asked to take part, especially since I'm really loving River Island's stock at the minute, all the miami prints and bright colours, very much a club tropicana vibe going on! Also, apologies for my squinty face in the photo, I remember the sun was blinding me at the time! Other than that I'm really happy with how it came out, and that day in general was really great, I blogged about it here if you're interested. I also loved the outfit I got to wear, the bright print is amazing, and just look at what wonderful company I'm in. :) The rest of the magazine is pretty great too, and you can pick it up for free in any River Island store!

Ps: You can Hype this look on Lookbook if you like :)

Sunday Independent Life Magazine!

Oh my God!!!!!

You know when things happen sometimes and you just have to pinch yourself to make sure that its really happening? Well I feel like I've been having alot of those lately. Why in God's name would the writers of the Sunday Independent's Life Magazine think that I'm somebody worth knowing about? I have no idea, but about a month ago I had a lovely interview with the charming Julia Molony, followed by an energetic photoshoot in the Independent House in Dublin with the talented Gerry Mooney. Here, my darling readers, is the result. I must say I was nervous about the outcome, but after reading it, I feel very humbled. Thanks Julia for doing such a good job, and for trying to make me look halfway decent. :) If anyone finds it hard to read, there's an online version here ((Notice how it's filed under "Celeb News" bahahahahhahahhaah!!!)) Oh, crazy times indeed!

More Recent Press Features

I just thought I do a quick post updating you all on some more recent press bits and bobs, in case you're interested!

Here are two press shots that were featured in the Advertiser and the City Tribune recently, from the opening of The Frock and Crock Sale, a charity event that was held in Lynches Cafe. I was more than happy to be involved with the press shots, especially since friend and fellow blogger Sinead Lally was organising it, and its always nice to help a friend out. Unfortunately work commitments left me unable to attend the actual event (boo!) but I was able to catch up on all the goings on via Sinead's blog here, g'wan have a click!
I was also featured in the Irish Daily Star yesterday in relation to my involvement with the Movember Ireland, a fantastic cause that I am very proud to be part of! We had our Mega Mo Party on Monday night in the Roisin Dubh and it was a huge success, there were free drinks and raffle games, I even won a prize!
This week I was also featured in the Advertiser for their "Proust Questionnaire" feature. The questionnaire one of my favourite pieces of the paper and so I was delighted to be asked to participate. Here is the interview if you're interested, since its nigh impossible to read from the photo!
